Use Your Library

Welcome to the North Richland Hills Library! The NRH Library is a community resource and gathering space. The Library provides expertly selected collections, exciting events, educational classes, and valuable services.

All Texas residents are welcome to apply for a library card—but you do not need a library card to visit the library or attend any of our events. Having a NRH Library card allows access to not only the physical items in our collection but also all of our digital materials and research databases.
