After an extensive review by Library staff and the City of NRH, on Monday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. we will be opening our drive-thru and walk-up book drops so that you now have the option to return Library materials. However, please know that all due dates have been extended to June 1, so you are not required to return items at this time.
Additionally, on Monday, May 11, we will resume Library Express, our curbside pick-up service. To ensure the safety of our patrons and staff, all Library staff will be practicing standard safety protocols, such as wearing masks and gloves.
At this time, Library Express will be available during the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Please use the drive-thru and walk-up book drops to return all items. As part of our safety procedures, all Library materials will be temporarily quarantined upon check-in.
If your Library card has recently expired, or if you have any questions about this service—just give us a call at 817-427-6800, or hop over to our live chat and we’ll be happy to help.
At this time, we do not have a date for when we will reopen our building to the public. We look forward to the day we can offer full services to our community again, and will continue to evaluate the situation and provide weekly updates through email.
