  1. Creating a Resume Using Google Docs 2:00 p.m.

    Join us for this class to learn how you can use Google Docs to create your own resume using templates or starting from scratch. Google Docs is a free online word processor for anyone with a Google account. It is suggested you join with two different devices to allow you to participate and see the screen the instructor will share.

    Class Requirements:
    Internet connection, a device with a screen large enough to view the class, access to Zoom, and access to a Google account. Students should also have basic computer skills.

  1. Virtual Storytime 10:30 a.m.

    Storytimes will be premiered live on our Facebook on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. After the premiere, the video will be available on our website and YouTube channel for the duration of our closure. This program is similar to our in-person storytime and is geared towards young children, ages 3-6 years old. This program includes stories, action rhymes, and/or songs. Storytime provides a foundation for building a life-long love of books and reading.

The Maker Spot

  1. Online Crochet Basics 3:30 p.m.

    August 25, 2020, 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM @ Online - This class will be conducted using Zoom

    Learn the basics of crochet in this introductory online class. Students will learn crocheting basics like what a chain is, how to make a single stitch, and will work on a simple project. This class is for ages 16+ and will be taught live in zoom.

    Attendees will need access to a computer, tablet, or smart device that can connect to the internet, and preferably has video chat capabilities (ie camera or webcam, and a mic).
