Interlibrary Loan
North Richland Hills Library patrons have access to a world of information through a service called interlibrary loan. Items not available at our library including books, audiobooks, magazine or journal articles, items on microfilm, DVDs, videocassettes and genealogical information may be borrowed from other libraries across the nation.

Arrival Time
Interlibrary loan material will usually arrive within seven to ten days. If material is needed by a certain date, please let the library staff know at the time a request is submitted. Most items are provided free of charge. A phone or email notification will be sent when requested material has arrived and is ready for pick up.

Loan Period
The normal loan period for interlibrary loan materials is three weeks and usually cannot be extended. Any interlibrary loan material requested from the North Richland Hills Library should be returned to the North Richland Hills Library Circulation Desk or 24 hours a day in the library's drive up or walk up book drops.
