Equipment Available in The Maker Spot

The Maker Spot is proud to offer a wide variety of equipment for community use. To use any of the below equipment you'll need an NRH Library card in good standing. We'll provide any necessary materials for classes, but you will need to bring your own materials when you reserve equipment, such as thread, paper, fabric, filament, etc.

Makers over the age of 18 who are not residents of North Richland Hills will need to purchase a membership to use equipment; however, we are currently offering a membership-free grace period so that you may come to try out the space. All you need is an NRH Library card to get started!

Assistance & Staff Availability

While The Maker Spot is primarily a self-guided workspace, a staff member will be available during select hours to offer basic assistance and provide certification testing.

Staff is available during the following times:
Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
