Spring Vegetable Gardening 5:00 PM

This talk will cover the essential elements for growing a successful vegetable garden in DFW. Time will be spent on the Texas A&M website for vegetable resources. The class will be pertinent for growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens.

This session is presented by Harold Annis, a 10 year Tarrant County Master Gardener with advanced training in vegetable gardening. He has a vegetable garden in Tarrant county that is 10,000 sq. ft. that he has maintained for the last 30 years.

To Register:
Click the 'Reserve Your Spot!' link above to access the registration and event page.
On the left-hand side of the page, you'll find the event information and registration link. On the right hand side has where to login to the event, but ignore that for now.

Click the 'Register' link to sign up for the event. You just need your name, email, and library card number to join our virtual events. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided. Be sure to use an email that you have access to, as we will send all reminders and access links to this email.

Joining the Event:
On the day and time of the event, find your confirmation email with link (or use the same link found above) to access the event page again. This time we'll use the right-hand side of the page. 

If the top says the event has not started, this means the host has not yet started the event. Wait a few minutes and then refresh the page. When the event is ready, the 'Join Now' button should turn green  -- do not use the 'Join by browser' option, as it will not let you use your camera!

if you're using a web browser, you may see the below screen. Ignore options 1 and 2, and instead use "run temporary application" at the bottom to ensure you'll be able to use your camera.
