If you checked the library catalog and couldn't find what you're looking for, we are happy to try and borrow it from another library for you! Items not available at our Library including books, audiobooks, magazines, journal articles, and DVDs may be borrowed from other libraries across the nation through a service called interlibrary loan. Items published within the last year are not eligible for interlibrary loan. Please use the Suggest A Purchase form instead.
Interlibrary loan materials will usually arrive within seven to ten days. If the material is needed by a certain date, please let the Library staff know at the time a request is submitted. Most items are provided free of charge. Text or email notifications will be sent when the requested material has arrived and is ready for pick up.
The normal loan period for interlibrary loan materials is three weeks and usually cannot be extended. Any interlibrary loan material requested from the NRH Library should be returned to the NRH Library Circulation Desk or in the Library's 24-hour drive-up and walk-up book drops.
