If it's been a while since you've used the long-arm quilting machine in the Maker Spot, this class is for you! This class will quickly cover all the basics and prepare you for the quick certification test required to use the machine. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to reserve Lucy until both of these steps are complete.
This class will cover:
- Appropriate fabrics and battings to use
- Loading your quilt on the frame
- What thread to use
- Winding a bobbin and threading the machine
- How to quilt with Lucy
This will not be a hands-on class, and you do not need to bring any supplies.
Class Requirements:
This class is specifically for those who have already taken the Long Arm Quilting Basics. If you have not previously used Lucy, you must take one of our Quilting Basics classes.
