Earlier this month, the parent company of Boundless, Baker & Taylor, announced that it will be going out of business by the end of the year. While Boundless currently remains available, new content is not being added to the catalog. We anticipate the service will be discontinued by the end of the year. As part of this closure, there is limited staff remaining to address issues that have already begun to arise, such as new items on hold not releasing when they become available.

We are sorry for the disappointment this may cause to our patrons who utilize the Boundless platform for the eBooks and eAudiobooks. Please rest assured that we continue to work to reduce hold times on our primary e-content platform, Libby.

Additionally, Baker & Taylor is the main supplier of books to many libraries. We have previously transitioned most of our ordering to other vendors, so we hope the overall impact will be minimal. However, we may still experience some delays in our book ordering process due to disruptions from other book wholesalers. This means that some new books may take longer to appear on our shelves than we would like.
