Featured Collections
- Kits
Kits include the CD recording as well as the book to follow along. Kits are useful in helping emerging readers develop listening skills and they provide a read-aloud model. Kits are also great for bedtime, vacations, long car trips, anytime! - Leveled Readers
This is a collection of 1st and 2nd-grade readers for children who are at the beginning stages of reading and need books that are well-suited for their skill level and with a limited vocabulary. Content of these books varies from simple texts for 1st-grade readers to easy chapter books for 2nd-grade readers. - Parenting and Teaching Collection
This collection for parents, home educators, and teachers contains a variety of resources on parenting, homeschooling, classroom ideas, activities, and curriculum guides. These resources provide information on the development and education of children from infancy to young adulthood. - Young Adult Collection
The Young Adult collection features not only fiction, non-fiction, and audiobooks selected for teens, but also manga and graphic novels. Young Adult books are written with readers ages 12 to 18 in mind. This collection is located on the 2nd floor of the library.
